2. Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth service delivery, clients agree to:

  • Ensure reasonable access to the premises or appliances during scheduled appointments.

  • Settle invoices promptly with a valid credit or debit card after service completion.

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in delays or limited service eligibility.

3. Service Terms

  • Services are provided in accordance with the scope outlined in your service agreement or plan.

  • Pre-existing conditions, previously failed systems, or issues outside the agreed service scope are not covered.

  • Metro Servicez reserves the right to update service features, terms, or pricing without prior notice, while maintaining fairness for existing contracts.

4. Payment Terms

  • Invoices are issued only after service completion and client approval.

  • All payments must be made by credit or debit card through our secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment processor.

  • Non-payment within 7 calendar days may result in service suspension and/or additional administrative fees.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Service guides, documents, and visual materials

  • Logos, graphics, and branding assets

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Issues arising from client misuse, negligence, improper installation, or failure to follow guidance.
